My name is Paul Pettigrew and I'm delighted you are here. Hopefully, together we will soon begin your journey to fitness and health.

I started personal training in 2021. I have always had a passion for strength training and have gone to the gym since the age of 16. It was always something I planned on pursuing professionally .

I spent many years training specifically for sport, as I played GAA. It was only after a bad knee injury, that I began to look deeper into how strength training could really benefit my body and also how to get the best value through my sessions. I decided to study Health Science, Physiology and Sport and I went on qualify as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

Now with my clients, I take a strength-stretch approach, mostly utilising the ATG system. This allows me to train my clients with no restrictions, no injuries, and complete freedom of movement.

This type of training allows my clients to become stronger, as well as more mobile. It strengthens joints, ligaments, and tendons. It allows them to adapt to become more resilient through the range of exercises that they learn in a safe manner, offering longevity through the training.
