ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL  TRAINING

Personal 1-on-1 training or individual involves a training plan that is catered to the individual's goals and what they would like to achieve from the training. Personal 1-on-1 training allows the client to have a tailored and focused training programme. Clients can work on specific areas; like their form, learn to understand rest periods and increase their motiviation. Personal 1-on-1 training is suitable for beginners, who are not confident with new exercises and individuals who are looking to get more precise and accurate results on goal expectations.

GROUP TRAINING

Group training involves 4 individuals in a small group performing guided training sessions. These are available as drop-in sessions or bundles, in which you can sign a group up and work with the same people for every session. The sessions will be planned around the individuals' goals, whether that be strength, conditioning, mobility or all of the these. This is suitable for every age group and level of fitness.

ATHLETIC  TRAINING
